TattooBar Tattoo Courses – Terms & Conditions

1. About Us

TattooBar Tattoo Courses (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides beginner tattoo training courses in the United Kingdom. Our courses are designed for educational purposes only and do not constitute a licensed qualification unless explicitly stated.

2. Course Structure

Courses are beginner-level tattoo training programmes
Duration: 3 consecutive days
Daily schedule: 11:00am – 4:00pm
Training includes theory, demonstration, and supervised practice

We reserve the right to adjust course content or structure to maintain quality and safety standards.

3. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once a deposit or full payment is received
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
By booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions

4. Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place
The deposit is deducted from the total course fee
Full payment must be made before the course start date unless otherwise agreed in writing

Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your booking and loss of deposit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds (Students)

We operate a strict cancellation policy due to limited course spaces.

Deposits:

Deposits are non-refundable once paid

Course fees:

Cancellations more than 14 days before the course start date: no further payment required beyond deposit
Cancellations within 14 days of course start: up to 100% of course fee may be charged
Non-attendance (“no-show”): full course fee is non-refundable

These terms are considered fair under UK consumer contract guidelines due to limited booking capacity and allocated training resources.

6. Rescheduling

Requests must be made at least 14 days before the course start date
Rescheduling is subject to availability
Only one reschedule is permitted per booking
Late rescheduling requests may be treated as a cancellation

7. Cancellations by TattooBar Tattoo Courses

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to:

insufficient bookings
instructor illness
unforeseen circumstances

If we cancel a course, you will receive:

a full refund including deposit, OR
the option to transfer to a future course date

8. Attendance & Conduct

Students are expected to:

arrive on time (11:00am start)
behave professionally at all times
follow health & safety instructions
respect instructors and other students

We reserve the right to remove any student from the course for inappropriate behaviour without refund.

9. Medical & Age Requirements

Students must be 18 years or older
You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
We are not responsible for failure to complete training due to undisclosed medical or personal issues

10. Certification

Students who complete the course may receive a TattooBar Certificate of Completion
Certificates confirm participation and training only
They are not government-accredited qualifications unless explicitly stated

11. Liability Disclaimer

TattooBar Tattoo Courses is not responsible for how techniques are used after training
We do not guarantee income, employment, or results
Students are responsible for practising safely and within legal boundaries

12. Materials & Equipment

Where provided:

training materials remain the property of TattooBar unless stated otherwise
students are responsible for equipment after the course

13. Photography & Marketing

We may take photos/videos during training for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the course begins.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply.
